The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Used Items
Returns and exchange details
If there has been an error on our part or you have received an incorrect item, we will give you a refund or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges for UNUSED products. Buyer is responsible for shipping of returned/exchanged item.
Please realize our products are novelty items and non-traditional scents. They are our artistic interpretations of fragrances and may not agree with your interpretation.
If an item breaks during shipping we will replace it, but do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim.
Contact us before cancelling an order! It's easy for us to fix an address or incorrect item.
